One Theater Square’s leasing office just hung the “OPEN” sign.

 

“In residence” is about to take on a new meaning at NJPAC.

 

One Theater Square developer Dranoff Properties, Inc. has begun leasing apartments at the skyscraper it built in partnership with NJPAC and the City of Newark, directly opposite the

Arts Center at 2 Center Street. The 22-story glass and brick structure, which is appointed with 245 units, has opened three designer-decorated model apartments and a handsome lobby, all available to view daily. Residents will move in starting July 16, 2018.

Market-rate apartments will rent from $1,775 to $4,100 monthly and range from 504 square feet to 1,604 square feet.
