NJPAC Mobile Entry
Why stand on line at the box office, print at home, or wait for mail delivery when accessing your tickets is as close as your mobile device?
Mobile entry allows you to go directly to a guest services staff member to be scanned into our theaters. It also provides instantaneous transfers of your purchased tickets to other people. Just download the Ticketmaster app, available for iOS or Android from the iTunes App Store or GooglePlay.
Tickets appear as a unique QR code on your phone, which is scanned by guest services staff upon your arrival. iOS device users can keep mobile tickets in their Apple Passbook.
Mobile entry is not available at this time if performance tickets and advance parking were purchased together.
If other members in your party are arriving later, or if you’re unable to make a performance, tickets can be transferred to other mobile devices quickly and easily. If your party is seated in separate locations, our staff can print locator slips, but only before your device is scanned at the gate.
Customers who choose Ticketmaster’s eTicket delivery option online may present either a print-at-home ticket or the QR code for scanning upon entry. You can still choose to have your tickets mailed (time permitting), shipped (for a fee) or held at the Box Office’s will-call window.
