SUBSCRIBER INSURANCE
Replacement Vouchers will be issued for your same seat/same performance if tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed. Replacement vouchers are non-exchangeable.

DONATE YOUR TICKETS
Subscribers may donate subscription tickets as a tax-deductible, charitable contribution. You may donate tickets by mail or telephone anytime prior to performance date and time. A tax-deductible receipt will be mailed once the original tickets are received.

EXCHANGE PRIVILEGES
Have a date conflict? No problem. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another NJPAC-presented performance up to 48 hours before date on original ticket.

"Select a Series" subscribers and "Create Your Own Series" ticket buyers are entitled to exchange their tickets for another performance. When exchanging, original tickets must be received either by mail or in person at the NJPAC Box Office no later than 48 hours before the date on the ticket. Tickets received within 48 hours of curtain time will be accepted as a donation.

The ticket(s) you exchange will be applied to a new performance. Note: the quantity of tickets received for an exchange will equal the quantity of tickets returned.

If the requested ticket is more expensive than the ticket being exchanged, you will need to pay the difference at the time of exchange. If exchanging into a less expensive performance, the balance is non-refundable.

Original tickets must be submitted either by mail or in person at the NJPAC Box Office.

BY MAIL: If you would like to exchange subscription tickets by mail, send the tickets being exchanged to NJPAC Ticket Services, 36 Park Place, Newark, NJ, 07102. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Tickets must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the date on the original tickets.

IN PERSON: Please bring the tickets being exchanged to the NJPAC Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the date on the ticket. Box Office hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 12pm to 6pm, and Sunday, 12pm-5pm. Please note that the Box Office is closed on Mondays.

Please note: On performance evenings the Box Office will gladly accept tickets for exchange and process at a later time.

Unfortunately lost or stolen ticket(s) cannot be exchanged.

Please enter all performance dates in your calendar. Missed performances are non-refundable and non-exhangeable.
