How to Order Tickets

NJPAC offers multiple channels to make buying performance tickets convenient for you, whether its online any time of day, in person at our box office, or on the phone with our performance experts. We also offer you the option of placing your order by mail or fax if you prefer the trackability of paper. All channels also offer the opportunity to purchase Advance Parking Discount vouchers, enroll or renew Memberships, and acquire our popular Just Imagine Gift Cards for your gift giving needs.

Order Online
Order online, using the searchable calendar of events to select the performances you are interested in purchasing.

Order at the Box Office
The NJPAC Box Office is located at One Center Street in Newark. The NJPAC Box Office normal operating hours are Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 5pm. The Box Office is closed on Mondays.  Special $2 parking validations are available when buying tickets at the NJPAC Box Office during non-performance periods. Park in Military Park Garage and present your parking stub at the Box Office for validation.
 
Order by Phone
Call toll free, 1-888-GO-NJPAC (1-888-466-5722). [TTY Patrons: 1-877-886-5722]. The Call Center normally answers its phones on Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 5pm.   A per ticket handling fee applies to all orders placed via phone.

 

 
Order by Fax or Mail
Mail or fax your completed order (24 hrs. a day) to NJPAC at 1-973-642-5229, or mail to: New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Ticket Services, 36 Park Place, Newark, New Jersey, 07102.

All orders must include your name and complete mailing address, and a day time telephone number. All fax or mail orders must include the performance name(s), date(s), time(s), and number of seats requested along with your payment in full. Please note that a $10 per order handling fee is applicable.
