First as the leader Creedence Clearwater Revival and later as a chart-topping, Grammy-winning solo artist, this legendary American singer, songwriter and guitarist has successfully straddled the line between country and rock-and-roll. On his latest recording, the just-released Blue Ridge Rangers Rides Again, Fogerty and his band lend their musical expertise to a new set of country covers, including classics like “When Will I Be Loved,” “Garden Party,” “Never Ending Song of Love,” and more. For this concert, Fogerty will perform songs from the new CD as well as a selection of his classic hits.
Prior to the performance, ticket-holders are invited to join us for a free Prelude in the Prudential Hall lobby, featuring live music courtesy of NJ-based, folk-rock singer and songwriter Rick Barry.November
