JABARI DREAMS OF FREEDOM tells the story of Jabari, a young Black boy from the South Side of Chicago. When a friend is hurt by the police, Jabari is scared. But he learns to be fearless when he is visited in a dream by President Barack Obama, Martin Luther King Jr., Ruby Bridges, and Claudette Colvin.
