We want to make your visit as easy and rewarding as possible. NJPAC can accommodate individuals with special needs as follows:
Blind or Low Vision
Large Print Programs: For Large Print Programs, please ask our friendly Guest Services Staff when you arrive.
We have designated seating set aside for anyone who uses a wheelchair and wants to remain in their wheelchair, and for patrons who prefer to transfer from the wheelchair or power scooter to a theater seat. Up to three companion seats are available to purchase adjacent to the wheelchair seat. Our Guest Services Staff can assist you from the front door of the theater to your seats. Patrons in wheelchairs are responsible for getting from the street or parking area to the theater. Orders for these seats can be placed either by calling toll free 888.466.5722 or by selecting the ADA designated seats from the interactive seat map or drop down list when ordering online at njpac.org.
We have saved accessible parking spaces for patrons with limited mobility in all NJPAC-operated parking lots and the Military Park Garage, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deaf or Hard of Hearing
NJPAC provides two types of Assisted Listening Systems: FM and Infrared. Our Guest Services Staff can assist you. Guests will be asked to leave a driver’s license or credit card as a deposit.
The FM system in Prudential Hall includes everything you need for assistive listening. Our FM system requires a special receiver for each person. Whether or not they wear a hearing aid, we offer under-the-chin headsets and neck loops (personal teleloop) for T-coil users.
Chase Room and Victoria Theater
For these theaters, we offer Sennheiser listening (infrared) devices, please see Guest Services Staff for use of an Assistive Listening Device.
