We want to make your visit as easy and rewarding as possible. NJPAC can accommodate individuals with special needs as follows:
Blind or Low Vision
Large Print Programs: For Large Print Programs, please ask our friendly Guest Services Staff when you arrive.
We have designated seating set aside for anyone who uses a wheelchair and wants to remain in their wheelchair, and for patrons who prefer to transfer from the wheelchair or power scooter to a theater seat. Seats are available for purchase adjacent to the wheelchair seating if the patron is coming with a companion. Our Guest Services Staff can assist you from the front door of the theater to your seats. Patrons in wheelchairs are responsible for getting from the street or parking area to the theater. Orders for these seats can currently be placed by calling toll-free (888) 466-5722.
We have saved accessible parking spaces for patrons with limited mobility in all NJPAC-operated parking lots and the Military Park Garage, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Sennheiser Listening Devices: Our Guest Services Staff has infrared devices available in the lobby of the theater should you need one. We simply ask that you leave a driver’s license or credit card as a deposit.
Sign Language Interpretation
Sign Language Interpretation is available by request for certain performances with two weeks advance notice. Please contact our Customer Services desk at 973-297-5843 Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 6pm and Sunday from 12 noon to 5pm for information, or email us at email@example.com
