In this session, we will explore the interplay between musical phrasing such as dynamics and tempo with visual stimuli like visual works of art. Participants will have a chance to consider how a particular piece of music can be represented visually, how visual cues might affect or inspire the direction of a piece of music, and will have the opportunity to create an original piece of music based on a visual work of art.
