A new chapter begins this fall.

The Jeffrey Carollo and Frank Calabrese Music Scholarship Program provides classical music training for New Jersey students ages 18 and under. Beginning Fall 2026, the program returns under NJPAC Arts Education, offering private instruction and a complete music education experience for the next generation of musicians.

Students receive weekly private lessons in piano or strings, along with music theory and music history. Students also receive a weekly performance class and chamber music coaching.

The Carollo and Calabrese Music Scholarship Program is proudly presented by NJPAC Arts Education, continuing a legacy of providing exceptional classical music training to talented young musicians across New Jersey.

We can’t wait to welcome our newest cohort of scholars this fall.

Classes are held Saturdays at NJPAC’s Mulberry Street facility in Newark. The program relaunches for the Fall 2026 semester.
