Overview

The Washington Post describes the artistry of Emanuel Ax as “thoughtful, lyrical, lustrous.” London’s Independent calls Leonidas Kavakos “a musician’s musician. Technically, there is nothing he cannot execute on this Stradivarius.” And the Denver Post declares “This is Yo-Yo Ma’s skill. He doesn’t make his music something to marvel at. He makes it a gift.” These three extraordinary artists come together for a matinee of musical trios.
