Overview

In a country increasingly divided into opposing political camps, how can compromises that move the country forward be reached? How can issues as divisive as gun safety and health care be solved? One group in Congress, the Problem Solvers Caucus, co-chaired by Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) and Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), hopes to create new pathways to progress through bipartisanship.

Join NJPAC at 7PM on Thursday, June 29, to hear Reps. Gottheimer and Fitzpatrick in rare conversation together with New Jersey resident Jeh Johnson, former Secretary of Homeland Security (and WBGO host) for a lively discussion on how the country’s most persistent challenges might be ameliorated by those willing to work across the aisle in Congress.
