connecting to the curriculum

Our goal is to inspire artistic and intellectual growth in both students and teachers. That’s why we’re excited to bring the arts to your classroom (or bring your classroom to us) in creative and collaborative ways.

We’ll energize your students with a SchoolTime performance, teach in your classroom during an in-school residency, and help you grow in our professional development sessions.

As a kid I use to attend shows at NJPAC and, even today, I can still remember the vibrancy of each experience. I consider myself so lucky to be able to partner with such a world-class team.

Introduce your students to the magic of live performance on a field trip to NJPAC. Productions are linked to a range of curriculum areas and you’ll receive a Teacher Resource Guide to facilitate lesson planning.

In-School Residencies

Our professional teaching artists bring the joy of the arts into your classroom for residencies of various lengths. Offerings include dance and movement, early childhood learning, hip hop, literary arts, music, theater, and visual arts.

Professional Development

Learn from the best in our cutting-edge arts training for classroom teachers and teaching artists. We offer flexible sessions in school districts or at NJPAC to meet each school community’s specific needs.
