During this introduction to arts integration educators will reflect on their own connections to arts in education as students. Through interactive activities, educators will explore the connections between their art forms, the skills they teach, and brainstorm potential curricular collaborations with non-arts subjects. By reflecting on their own creativity and experiences, they will better understand arts integration and how language can better support the connection between arts and non-arts content areas.
