Overview

We built this house. Now, we rock it!

Please join us for a morning of networking and friendship as we celebrate NJPAC’s 25th anniversary with the remarkable women who have raised more than $53 million to sustain the Arts Center, bolster the performing arts, and serve our community. We applaud them all as Women@NJPAC returns to the NJPAC campus for its annual meeting!

Plus, get a first-hand glimpse at how that fundraising is impacting our community, as we present a panel discussion with the leading ladies of NJPAC’s staff! Meet the remarkable women who are launching new initiatives here including arts education programs that nurture the whole child, new Arts Center partnerships with Newark’s community organizations and a first-in-the-nation program advancing health and well-being through the arts!

‘Tis the Season! Take part in the Women@NJPAC Annual Holiday Toy Drive!

Share the joy this holiday season by bringing a (new and unwrapped) toy to give to the children served by two of NJPAC’s community partners: La Casa de Don Pedro and Clinton Hill Community Action!

Both organizations have joined with the Arts Center to offer performances and arts education programming in Newark’s neighborhoods, starting in January next year. Before the curtain goes up on that initiative, join us in making the holidays brighter for the families served by both groups. La Casa de Don Pedro is New Jersey’s largest Latinx-led social services and community development organization, serving 50,000 individuals and families in Newark and Essex County each year.

Clinton Hill Community Action engages residents and partners to revitalize the Clinton Hill neighborhood in Newark’s South Ward. CHCA facilitates this collaborative action and advocacy with a focus on quality, affordable housing, food security, economic empowerment, and environmental justice.

Or donate virtually!

Until December 16, you can also select a gift to donate from La Casa de Don Pedro’s Amazon Wish List for greater Newark-area pregnant mothers, newborns, children, teens, and young adults. Please select Early Childhood Admin Office, 221 Broad Street, Newark, NJ 07104 as the shipping address, and send to the attention of Margaret Morales. You can also support Clinton Hill Community Action by donating to their organization online!
