Overview
Celebrate the debut of several one-act plays written by local playwrights. Five residents of the South Ward will present a staged reading of their original works which have been developed through workshops under the guidance of Newark writer and playwright Tracie Morrison. Featured playwrights include Nataisha Jackson, Rueben Anthony, Kenya Dubar, Margie Johnson and Dorothy Gooden. Prepare to be moved and inspired by the passionate words of emerging, and local, talent.
