Teens who love to perform, take your talent to the next level with Creativity on the Grand Stage. Dive deep into the focus area of your choice: Hip Hop, Acting or Musical Theater. You’ll advance your skills with guidance from acclaimed Teaching Artists and master classes with industry professionals. You’ll collaborate with other young performers to create original work that you’ll present onstage in our grand finale at NJPAC’s Victoria Theater. Above all, you’ll have fun and be your creative self!

Young artists can pick their journey from the following pathways

HIP HOP ARTS & CULTURE

Move, beat, rap! In this pathway, you’ll explore the Pillars of Hip Hop: Emceeing / DJing, graffiti and street art, fashion, dance and the art of music production. Immerse yourself in the rhythm, style and creativity of a culture that has become a worldwide phenomenon.

Your safety is our priority. Since the pandemic began, we’ve collaborated with medical professionals, invested in building upgrades, and put new procedures in place to protect our guests, staff, volunteers, and faculty. Just a few things you might want to know: Masks are welcomed but not required. Faculty and staff are required to be vaccinated. Students 5+ must show proof of vaccination prior to the first in-person session. Arts Education programs are at reduced capacity to allow for safe distancing. And you can feel safe knowing our HVAC system meets industry standards for virus ionization and filtration and our cleaning processes follow all CDC recommendations. Further details on program protocols are here and specific details on procedures are shared upon completed registration and during program orientations.
