Master the fundamentals of the Graham technique in this live Wellness Wednesday workshop with Janelle Ings!

Janelle attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts and was a fellowship student at The Ailey School. She earned her BFA in Dance from Montclair State University and her Master’s in Arts Administration from Seton Hall University. Since 2001, she has been a full-time dance teacher within Newark Public Schools. She has performed with the Denishawn Repertory Company, Maxine Steinman and Dancers, Six Degrees Dance Company, The Seventh Principle Performance Company and Umoja Dance Company.

Now, for NJPAC, Janelle will teach a live virtual class focused on simplifying the Graham technique for dancers who have been apprehensive about the notoriously difficult technique but are interesting in learning. Join Janelle this Wellness Wednesday on March 31 at 7:30 PM.
