We’ve got you! Join us this Wellness Wednesday for a live yin yoga class with one of Newark Yoga Movement’s wonderful teachers, Brianna Paden-Williams. She will guide us through a session of yin yoga, the opposite of uptempo vinyasa yoga. This special type of yoga practice is designed to calm and comfort, to restore the body and to release tension so you can breathe more easily and sleep more deeply.
No experience or special equipment is required. Just find a towel if you don’t have a yoga mat, and prepare to stretch, exhale and relax.
