Plus a healthy eating workshop with RWJBarnabas Health nutritionists!

Take time out for both fitness and joy, by exploring the rhythms of West African dance with Karen Love, founder and artistic director of the Umoja Dance Company, the Usaama Dance Company, and the Umoja Dance Studio, at this week’s Wellness Wednesday live online workshop!
